This role is a great fit for someone who is interested in combining their computer science and problem solving skills to keep safe and recover data from computers and storage devices. CNC machinists set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments used in engineering and manufacturing. You can get into this role via vocational pathways that will train you to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine to cut, drill and finish components.
